An example selection for your special occasion could include 3 entrees such as hand carved prime rib with au jus, chicken marsala, and baked orange roughy with 5 accompaniments such as a vegetable medley, baked potato with butter and sour cream, rice, pilaf, caesar salad, and triple chocolate brownies.
